Plans and free trial

Your plan decides which parts of Tradrr you can open. The Account panel lists every product, shows if it's active, and counts down the days left on a free trial.

See your access

  1. In the top bar, click the Account button.
  2. Look at the product list under your email. Each product has a status.

UnavailableThe check didn't complete. Click the refresh button next to your email to try again. Your subscription has not been changed.

Free trial

When a product is on a free trial, its status line shows how long you have left.

You seeIt means
Trial · 7 days leftThe trial is running. The number counts down each day. The line below shows Trial ends and the date.
Trial · 1 day leftOne day to go.
Trial · ends todayToday is the last day.
Trial cancelledYou cancelled the trial. The line below shows Access until and a date. You keep access until then.

Click a product with a trial to open it. The button there reads Manage trial. Without a trial it reads Manage subscription. See Manage your subscription.

The free trial is for evaluating Tradrr, and trial access lasts a limited time. When it ends, Tradrr asks you to choose a plan before you go on. Tradrr AI has no free trial.

Start a plan

  1. In the Account panel, click the product. For the platform, click Tradrr.
  2. The panel says Your access is inactive and asks you to choose a plan to continue using your workspace. Click Choose a plan.
  3. Complete checkout in the panel. The panel says Your access updates automatically.
  4. If your access doesn't change, click Check access in the checkout panel. If checkout opened in another tab, go back to Tradrr and use the access check button under the offer.

Add-ons work the same way, with buttons named Unlock ZoneDecoder AI, Get Tradrr AI and Get InsideTradrr.

Tip. If you signed up but see no access, you may be signed in with a different email than the one you subscribed with. See Sign in and choose a plan.
